SHIPPING POLICY

I ship my jewelry using registered airmail from an Israeli post office. 
I will provide customers with their tracking number. 
Each piece is packaged separately in a box and safely packaged in bubble wrap.
Delivery time is about 1-2 weeks, It is all up to your postal service.
If you have a special request for shipping (EMS,FEDEX,DHL.....), please let me know.
EMS usually takes 3 to 5 days to arrive in the USA and will cost around $23.

REFUND POLICY

It is very important to me that you are happy with you'r order. 
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, i accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense and i will be happy to provide a full refund as long as the product is in a brand new and unused condition. 
In case of receipt of a damaged product all shipping costs are on me.
